Ok folks still working on this an have found the perfect accompaniment to the TN when camping!  Yes its a Cobb BBQ system, beautifully styled and technologically sound just like the TM but it will enable you bake, make pizza and do all the things that you do in the oven when you have been using your TM at home.
For those who are going to respond about weight, size etc. Taking the TM camping is easy and not an issue except if you go back packing in which case you probably wont want to carry the TM or a Cobb but for us car based campers who do not tow a caravan and therefore don't have an oven this is an excellent coast effective solution.
I will keep you posted how we get on with this during the summer as we head off on our holidays.

Hi timfulford,
Just wondering if you or anyone else could fill me in on how you use the TM whilst camping, regarding the wattage etc,  do you cook in it or just use it for the non cooking features. I would like to take it with me but try to stay out of Caravan Parks, so not usually any 240v except for when I can use a gennie and don't know how it would go with cooking, most folks say no heating devices except at parks......Also I have a Cobb and was thinking of selling as I have not had the use, even though I like the idea, some of the Nat Parks won't let you use even heat beads, so I have been thinking about getting a Weber BabyQ and doing everything else in the Van.

Ta Patsy, will give it a go, I have quinoa on hand will use that, and should have everything else.
Great idea to make another less sticky dough to tidy up the machine. thanks.

I am a bread maker from forever, I usually just use my own home stone ground wheat, I used to do it all by hand then I purchased a breadmaker, and friends said you can't make your own home wheat recipe in a bread maker successfully, I couldn't see why not so experimenting started.
You know the only real change I had to make to my recipe was to increase the water when using a breadmaker.
So I am thinking that this probably needs to be a bit wetter because of the heavy flours involved.

I want to have a go at this recipe, as my tastes have changed and I enjoy seed breads where I used not to.

Question:  do you mill the mix  to break down any of the seeds or just use as is.

Well I could not find where I had left my pumpkin.... ROFL.... found it now, so I used potato and capsicum and extra tomato, anyway it was all good can't go too far wrong with soups.

Thanks Nay nay, Yvette, I think I remember seeing it at the demo now, it was a couple of yrs ago I went to one,
While I'm asking questions, my sister asked me when we were cooking the other day if I had a green spatula that came with the machine, I told her not when I bought mine, is it something I need and can buy.
I do have the usual one that goes with the machine.

Judy, I could not bear to waste the water that I pulsed in the machine to wash it so I made soup, Yummo, actually when the soup was cooked I tasted and even added a little more veg concentrate and gave it a quick pulse.
I was going to make the lentil and pumpkin soup but mast have used my pumpkin so extra tomato and red capsicum were the go.
So easy and quick and clean, that was what my sister said that she makes less mess now. Bonus.

Actually Miss Thermo, even though I TIC queried your soup habits up there in the hot, we also do have a lot of soup all year round, hubby grew up that way and it is great diet food for him.
Just making this now thanks.

PS: Did you leave out the Pumpkin in error Ta.

Vegetable Stock Concentrate
Just made this and did it as per the recipe, which says that the large amount of salt is for preserving etc, As it smelled so divine, I had to taste it and whoa, soooo salty couldn't taste anything else.
Has anyone else modified this and still had good keeping, we use very little salt in our diet, even though I do like salt.

Update
OK so I just did a wash of the machine and tasted that, and I guess if I don't add any additional salt a recipe should be pretty ok.
