Wet but not quite so cold.
CC, love windfalls. They make great jelly. Are you going to use the Apple flesh for the pie and then the skins and cores for the jelly?
Made our gardener a loaf of Cookies Vienna bread. She has her mum and aunt staying.   Thought it might be handy.
She reminded me that she is flexible about when she comes. I said that we would only stop if we ran short of money. She said she might come anyway. What a gem, couldn't do that.

That's lovely Chookie.

Good afternoon everyone.  More rain :(

I went to the travel agent today and booked a trip to Lord Howe Island for 7 nights. :D :D  We promised ourselves a trip to somewhere different when we sold the caravan.  We are going in late November.

What a lovely lady Chookie, she obviously enjoys her time in your garden.
Nice to see you are sticking to to the promise you made each other Margaret.

Thanks for the reminder about using the cores and skins for Apple Jelly Chookie :-* Its great you have found a conscientious gardener.

Your trip to Lord Howe Island sounds exciting Margaret.

We've had a dry day here. DH is cutting hedges and I've been shopping with DS. Chance has been sleeping most of the day only looking for us when it's time for his walks LOL

Good afternoon everyone.   Very heavy rain overnight, a mix of sunshine and showers this afternoon.

Cold but sunny. Lovely morning at the Creswick Farmers Market.  Bought a mini Pear tree.
We are looking after Cooper. He is ' brother ' to Teddy the Bulldog. He is a rescue dog and has a few hang ups. He and Ral both have weetbix and milk for breakfast.   We don't know what type of dog he is but he is big and sheds hair. DD and GC are skiing for the weekend.
Mab , that will be very nice and should be warm.

Is Cooper a bulldog too Chookie?

It has been quite smoky here. They are burning off up in the hills and there is no wind to blow the smoke away.

Hi friends.
Cold here today. A lovely walk with Chance this morning. It was very quiet out on our walk being a Saturday.
