Thanks cookie, will check it out when I've finished my day's activities.  If I click on it now, I'll be late for my Probus  Christmas lunch.

Best meal I've had in a hotel for ages cookie.  For afters our 93 year old President made and decorated the 3 ingredient fruit cake plus she made us all a bauble for our Christmas tree. It was a lovely couple of hours.

It certainly sounds lovely. What was the 3 ingredient fruit cake? Was it dried fruit, tea and flour?

Something like that, some people use orange juice, others use iced-coffee.  Lorna's was so moist so I will ask her next time I see her just what she did use.
