These are so good . . only tweak was 90 gm rapadura milled to icing sugar - and this had just the right amount of sweetness for us.    Thanks very much for posting the recipe KarenH - this is into the family file now :D :D

Thanks goldfish - I hadn't thought of using rapadura.  I will try that next time.

Just about to make these, they were so popular last year with family and friends.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!
