Creamed Spinach Dip Review - Devil of a Cookbook p.67

A wonderful dip, which is quite a sophisticated sort of flavour.  This is labelled spinach dip, but there is also cream cheese, parmesan cheese, cooked onion and bacon, parsley and sundried tomatoes in the recipe.  I have to confess I didn't have sun-dried tomatoes, but nevertheless there was plenty of wow factor, and guests and family both enjoyed it.  5/5

Cecilia - many thanks for the review.  Have just received the book and very interested in hearing what others have thought of those recipes they've tried.  Will certainly be making this one!

Hope you enjoy it as much as we did, goldfish.  It makes a lot, so a good one for a party, rather than just a regular meal.
