Family here and I made Mango Fluff for sweets.  Kids loved it.  Will have to make more.

We had Thai for dinner last night. DH had barramundi and I had tofu yellow curry.

Roast pork here tonight, and veges.

DH wants a seafood lunch 2moorow, bugs, prawns, fish, scallops. :)
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

I made myself a hamburger with the lot tonight along with some air-fried potato wedges.  Yum, it was delicious!

I made skinnymixers butter chicken. And like CC said, it's delicious.  Last chance for a curry. Two days above 38c forecast. Salads here we come.
