Yum Kimmy. Last night we had Nico Morettis Thai basil chicken with rice and prawn chips. Thank goodness I had a freezer meal after working all day.

Easy peasy roast chicken. Rubbed with olive oil, followed by a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Airfried for 40 mins. Done 😄
