Bacon wrapped chicken in the slow cooker with a BBQ and apple sauce, although I'm doing it in the 5 in 1 and pressure cooking for 6 minutes before then swapping to slow cooking because the day has got away from me and i didn't get it on in time to do it all slow cooked. I hope it works out OK.

A Michelle Bridges recipe. DH isn't overly keen on the cauliflower mash, although I love it. Maybe half pot and half cauli next time. The low fat ricotta makes an excellent substitute for butter and milk - so rich and creamy.

DH and I loved it, boys not as much, but will be cooking it again.  Mum purchased this one and I have only found three recipes I want to try. Don't think it is as good as her others. Save your money and I will post the recipe soon

That's one thing I would never buy pre made Uni, DH has told me too many stories of the ones they used to have as kids to scare me off.
