yes Cookie two night in Broome then over to Fitzroy Crossing  love it here but obviously prefer the dry season.  Matso's lived up to my expectations!!!! It's a work trip but still time to take in the sights and tastes!!

Do you make your own garlic bread astarra? :)

I just looked at my menu plan and realised that I don't have a key ingredient for the dish I wish going to cook for dinner :( Damn!

Not when you have TM ;D So you make your own bread from scratch and then make the garlic butter to put on it? Do you make them in long sticks like the shop bought garlic bread? Sorry for the questions, but it made me think that I would like to make my own garlic bread too :)

I need to find something else for dinner.... thinking, thinking.... :-))

Yep you got it, I either do long french stick style bread rolls or shaped ones (in my bread tins) Then make the garlic and Herb dip for the spread (pg 50 EDC) so so yum!  :)

I'll have to give that a try Astarra, we love garlic bread but don't often have it at home.

We had Lamb chops baked in oven with FOSM sprinkled on them. Yum yum.
DS had vegetarian sausages (not a big hit though) :(
