I actually sent Amy a PM with the recipe, didn't think anyone would be interested.

Thanks Michele :D It must look more appealing than you thought! :-))

Roast chicken, oven baked chips and gravy tonight.

Sounds yum Mandi ;) Any greens?

Weber roast chicken (cooked 2 actually) and potatoes with microwaved vegies and gravy made with Tenina's chicken stock powder, gravox and water in the microwave.  Been out most of the afternoon and this all came together in just over an hour.

Lunch was carrot soup with miso paste which I made late last night.

Maddy, as always, absolutely gorgeous ;D

WELL, I just had the most delicious dinner I have had for as long as I can remember. It was absolutely the yummiest, tastiest, scrummiest meal.
And it was.... *drum roll*..... farfallina's Apple and Pear Chicken recipe (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6547.0)

O.M.G. It was divine. I want to have it for lunch tomorrow. And dinner. And then lunch on Friday as well. I was SHOCKED at how delicious it was :o

 :D :D :D

I would HIGHLY recommend that others try this recipe. It seemed to have been forgotten about in the many pages of Main Dishes :o

Yum yum yum girls.

Last night we had Cream of Chicken soup from MOTM. Added a tin of creamed corn before blitzing at the end. Will always add the creamed corn now as it gives it a boost of flavor.

Thanx Robyn.  :)
Girls are good, still with the in-laws, were going to get them back yesterday but it didn't work out, just as well I think- I'm not doing quite so well today.  :'( Will be OK tho. Think it just 3rd day blues.  :-\
