We went out for lunch today so I doubt we will want anything for tea apart from fruit or ice-cream. Having a day off today.

Good idea to have a night off cooking JD, you need a rest sometimes.

We're having lentil moussaka from Full Steam Ahead.

Forgot to post dinner. My brain isn't working :-))

Here is a photo of last night's slow cooked citrus chicken casserole. It was yummy ;D
We'll be having leftovers for dinner tonight ;)

Could I have the recipe for that please Amy?
As my picture shows, I've suddenly become younger :-)  DD was of the opinion that her picture should be here, not mine!

Pasta arrabiatta.  We were also supposed to have key lime pie but I only got as far as the pastry.

Sure thing Caroline! Would you just like me to post it in the Non-TM recipes section?

Scrambled eggs, tomato and mushrooms with steamed vegetables for my dinner tonight. I cooked red meat for everyone else.

Sausages and onions in bread rolls. (I will make the bread rolls and cut up the onions, DH can BBQ the sausages) A real lazy meal.
