Thai Salad

Name of Recipe: Thai Salad
Number of People: 4
Ingredients:
1 papaya
3 medium sized carrots
1 garlic clove
3 small tomatoes
2 small leeks
2 desert spoon-Sugar
2 desert spoons of Soya sauce
2 desert spoons of fresh lemon juice
Fresh coriander
Ground Chili powder

Preparation:
Mix the sugar, Soya sauce and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
Peel  the carrots and leeks and cut into thin round slices.
Chop the onions.
Peel and cut the tomatoes
Pell the papaya and cut into half, take out the pips and cut into small pieces.
Place the ingredients into a plate, separating into different colours.
Place the garlic and soya sauce on top of the salad, then sprinkle the fresh coriander and chili powder.


Tips/Hints:
I know that there is no Thermomix involved, but this is so great, I had to share. will post Thermomix recipes soon :o :D ;D

Thermomixer - Place the garlic in the TMX and chop for 5 seconds  on speed 7, then add the soy sauce and lemon juice & now it's a Thermomix recipe.

McMich - I made a thermomix version of this recipe.
Made the dressing first (placed aside)
Then added carrots and leeks and chopped.
Added chopped tomato and papaya.
Gently mixed and added dressing.
