I've just made the Christmas shortbread from the Christmas book and they are in the oven.  Also have Naan bread rising and that is to go with the Fish Curry we're having tonight from the Seafood cookbook. Should be a good evening meal tonight! :D

Warren, your kitchen looks amazing.  Excuse my ignorance but I am wondering what the piece of equipment is that looks like it has a cover over it (with a window in) at the back, very tall, with wheels. It looks interesting.
 Is that an animal head I see centre right?  Is it for cooking or decoration?

Thermomixer, the tips I gained are probably old hat to people who have been using their machines for some time, but here's a couple I remember.
Squeeze your lemon directly onto the lid of the machine, the MC will stop the seeds going in-no need to use a juicer.
To release dough or anything similar easily, simply turn the bowl upside down and wriggle the blades.  I've been labourously scraping things out with the spatula.
To get dip etc off the blades after you have scraped it out, simply give a turbo pulse and food on the blade will fly off. Easier to get the rest out. (lid on of course)
Hopefully I have explained them clearly!

This sounds rather tasty and very healthy. We use the thermomix to make a lot of milkshake type drinks. We use a cup of milk for each person, then some yoghurt if wanted, fruit that the person has requeste, possibly a splash of vanilla and a couple of iceblocks for each cup of milk. It's so handy, you can make several different flavours of milkkshake in a few minutes.  The last one can be quite a mix of flavours as I don't rinse the bowl between milkshakes. 
Must try your tasty recipe as I haven't used tinned fruit for any yet.

We made the Lemon Cupcakes from the new calendar yesterday.  We didn't ice them but still found them very nice. The last cake we made using the thermomix wasn't too good, but these are nice and airy and light.

I've just returned from the lunchtime Christmas class.  It was really good and all the food was excellent.  I also picked up lots of little tips that I was unaware of.
Tenina, your noodles looked lovely doing a little dance around, sticking out of the top of the bowl. The dish you made (Mango Macadamia Chicken Noodles) was really tasty.
I am even more impressed with things the Thermomix can do than before.  I can hardly wait to go shopping and buy the ingredients for the almond cheeseball. I will have to practise making it lots and lots before Christmas.  (yum)

We had ham and asparagus risotto last night.  There was enough to feed an army.  Good for leftover lunch today.

And then you don't have to feed it to everyone you know because you have lots of leftovers.  Thanks for that.  We have some friends who live quite close and they almost lock the door if they see me coming in with a container. Especially as they are VERY conscientious about what they eat, no fat, no sugar, no red meat.  I'm the opposite, I'll eat anything.

Yesterdays foods were pumpkin soup and hubby's creation of a different creamed rice.
