All good points :) thanks, it's for a friend who has a KA, I have a TMX, but because she's interstate I cant show her my TMX lol.  Thanks for all your comments very appreciated

I hadn't seen that Judy so thanks. However, this was how I made it as the recipe that's in my EDC is the same as that posted by Faffa. The recipe said to knead for 1 to 2 minutes so I kneaded for 2 minutes. The mixture was all crumbly but it did come together after a good knead by hand on the pastry mat like I said.

when i find my mixture is crumbly a few sparys of water through the hole of the bowl will fix that problem  ;D
i don't need a recipe i'm italian
