Hally and Jo haven't received theirs yet. Jo's was posted some time ago so in on it's way. It has to come from the North Pole. Hally's I don't know anything about. I have attempted to contact her SS several times but with no luck. I hope all is well with her and her family but would love a quick pm just to let me know, it doesn't have to be long. PLEASE?

I wasn't quite sure where to put this one so decided to add it to this thread as it was a surprise but not an official SS one.

A box was delivered yesterday with Thermomix on it and I knew I hadn't ordered anything from HO.  Inside was a copy of In the Mix 2 and and some ingredients needed for a few of the recipes in the book.   These are a bag of grains, coconut and cocoa nibs for the recipe Alegria with banana ice-cream on pge 170, dried cherries for Chilli Cherry Ripe page 166, Yoghurt pack for yoghurt sorbet page 184 and Yuzu juice for a custard pge 35 and a Yuzu and blackberry layered dessert pge 161.  The card is from Grace, Monika & Thermomix HO with their thanks and best wishes.

As they had already given me a copy of this book and this latest one was also a gift and not a give-away for the forum, I was cheeky enough to write to Monika thanking them for the gift and also to ask if they could swap it for the first In the Mix as I do not have that book.  I have since heard back from Monika and she will do that for me.

So I have a few more recipes to try after Christmas/New Year and I'm sure the goodwill between the forum and HO will continue next year for the benefit of all.
