Chicken mini fillets marinaded for five minutes, in lemon juice, fresh coriander, and crushed garlic.
Grilled under medium girl until cooked but nor browned.

Served on a bed of mixed leaves and salad. Yum!
And very healthy.  ;D

Yogurt and blueberries for dessert. :D
