Pork parmigiana (using Tenina's sugo pomodoro sauce) with vegies here.

Looks food judy. We had lamb chops with smashed potatoes, fresh corn on the cob  and broccoli.

I used a bit of the oil from Tenina's confit of garlic on the potatoes before crimping them up. Delish. So subtle.

You could have use a bit from your jar on the potatoes.

The sugo sauce looks great Judy. Love parmigiana.
I made the EDC focaccia and topped it with leftover caramelised onions from Sundays pizza, thyme and feta.

Thanks girls, good hint there Gert - I didn't even think of it.  I could have cooked the crumbed pork in it too 

Has anyone added a clove or two from the confit to their mashed potato?

BBQ'd sausages, bubble & squeak and an egg here.  I'm going to take a couple of sausages into Geoff, he'll be very pleased to see me today
