Thanks cookie, I’m pushing myself to the limit - some things work and others don’t. I made a chicken, cheese, tomato, lettuce sandwich for lunch and tried 1 mouthful. Was not going to work so into the blender with a cup of Sustagen it went.

Judy, that’s real progress.
DD and I are going out to a Japanese restaurant tonight.

Well done Judy. All my meals are trial and error. I'm trying to eat what the family eat but it doesn't always work out. My back up is a bottle of Ensure that the hospital arranged for me. Tonight I'm trying a roast vegetable quiche with other veg.

We get some interesting results Margaret but as long as we get enough food into us then it doesn’t matter.

I’ve eaten out 5 times this week. I feel like I don’t need to eat for another week, but I will.

What a great social life you have Chookie, you’ll really enjoy your next home made meal though.

We’re having Firecracker Chicken and rice. I might reduce the level of heat in it.

I marinated some salmon and cooked them in the AF and served them with smashed potatoes, carrot & parsnip mash & broccoli with hollandaise sauce. Unfortunately I wasn't able to eat mine. Tomorrow I will puree my salmon and veg and have them for lunch.

Mab, that will be like fish soup, nice.
I’m never hungry at dinner time and could easily go without. The dietitian suggested 5 grain crackers and dips. I do like snacks, so this might work.
