Name of Recipe: Masa sable (Sweet shortcrust pastry)
Serves: Makes 600g
Ingredients:
300g pastry or plain flour
150g butter
1 pinch salt
70g icing sugar
2 egg yolks
25g milk
1 tsp baking powder
Preparation:
