Has anyone found/invented a substitute for the chicken noodle mix that comes in a packet?
I have done a search but couldn't find one . . . All suggestions gratefully received! :D

The original recipe uses chicken noodle soup. I believe that Chelsea has gotten around this, and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference as it is just as tasty. So basically the chicken stock paste, vermicelli noodles would be the key ingredients.

Here's (http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1648,133177-252197,00.html) an American one but so many ingredients and a bit complicated. I agree with CP, stock powder or paste, vermicelli noodles would work.

Yes I've used that one GF - it's similar to the one in MWOC.
