Title: Leek and Saffron Sauce - Meat on the Menu Page 42

We had this sauce tonight served with some steamed chicken breasts and vegies. We really like the flavour of the sauce but it didn't really thicken, even on standing (like it said). I will make it again because it definitely has potential, I might use cornflour instead of flour next time and use a but more than it stated. Overall, nice tasting but needs to be a thicker consistency. 3/5
