Hi Goldfish - yes you can order direct from the UK.  You can't pay for it online but if you give them a ring and ask for Lucy then you can pay by credit card.  Takes just a couple of minutes and they tell you that the book should just take 10 days to arrive but that you should have it before that.  I ordered on last week so should be here any day now!!!

We MIGHT eventually get it here in OZ as the Indian Cookbook is the UK one and that is very popular as well. Keep our fingers crossed!!

See this is why digital books rock :) none of this stupid geographical boundaries, no postage costs, no import fees, not so much transaction fees.

That aside. Ooooo new Thermomix book. Must order :) More for the missus than me mind, she's the one that loves chocolate stuff.

Hey Frozzie :) well enough (despite weight increase grr). Summer is hit and miss at the moment. Till about a week ago it was very cool (some days downright cold) and grey. The sun is coming out now in the low 20's which is hot enough for me; well too hot as the sun is stronger here for some reason so getting burnt when I shouldn't.

It was amusing the other day as a Texan, who has recently moved here, also said he thought the sun was stronger here (though not as hot).

Do Texan's always have the biggest and the best? Perhaps not this time.  ;D ;D

I have ordered this from bookdepository at a considerable price reduction from thermomix uk. I believe they post worldwide. They have a number of thermomix books in various languages I've noticed

Hi everyone, I emailed the UK over the weekend to enquire about placing an order.  I got a reply from Louise saying it should be available to buy from the Aust HO soon, to save international postage.

Just got off the phone from HO - they are going to start selling it from 25 November!!!  Woohoo!!  She also said it can be collected from HO for the Perthites to save on postage.  I am sure they are going to sell out pretty quickly, just make sure you leave one for me!!
