I will listen out for you cookie1,you will have to be loud for me to hear you over my TMX!!! I certainly hope it isnt 47deg in March, it usually gets hot just as the kids go back to school,poor things.Will have to look out for the Model A's and maybe have a chat if you have time :)

Yes judydawn I would say they are like pound cake texture or mine were anyway definitely not sponge cake that is why I thought I had done something wrong  still disappeared very quickly!!

I have 3 grandkids here today and they finished off the lamingtons and said they were very delicious Toby 7yr old gave me 1000 out of 1000 for them so there you go isi they are appreciated in this house ;D

Thanks for the recipe Bron, I made the apricots off our tree into jam using your recipe soo much easier than standing stiring over a hot stove and it turns out perfect everytime,very tasty,I have only just become a member so couldnt reply earlier

Thanks for the recipe isi, I made them yesterday,they did turn out a bit heavy too Chelsea but tasted delicious once they were finished. I wondered if I had done something wrong! Still learning TMX language  :-\ but guess we are always learning something!!

Thanks for being so welcoming :) no cookie I didnt make sorbet the day Esperance had 47deg as we were in Perth that day but have been using the TMX to make sorbets. Yesterday I made isi's lamingtons(delicious)and some Fudgy Choc Biscuits(not sure where I copied that from) and Dulce De Leche Brownies(not sure about that either, will have to put the persons name on the recipes in future!!) and butter we dont have marg any more. No I dont know Shayne Thermomixer, maybe I will meet her at one of the cooking classes. I will start to do reviews judydawn as I really appreciate having them to try, Thanks again

Hello, I have had my TMX since early Nov and have been eagerly reading this forum every day,trying some of the recipes in between making bread, jams, sauces (this machine is soo versatile I just love it) some days it seems to go all day!!! Thanks for all the help I have been receiving from this forum :-))
