I've made strawberry yoghurt, and will do a batch of Danubes later, once I've been to the supermarket and re-stocked on Bakers Flour. Also some anzac biscuits from the EDC- school's back tomorrow, so need to stock the lunchboxes. Maybe risotto for dinner.

I agree Hally. When I looked at the photo and so wanted to be there for dinner. bigTcup would you have been able to create such a meal without the TMX after being out all day?

Thanks ladies, it's nice to be appreciated  :D - there is no way I could have done this all in one day pre-TMX.  Not only were the time constraints tight but there was also the added hurdle of an almost 2 year old & 3 year old around my feet in the kitchen  :-))

big Tcup, terrific effort.  Amazing what you have achieved.
Today too wet to go out side,  so cooked for most of the day.  Made,Pumpkin soup and EDC scones for lunch,  Quirky.s bread for a friend who can't have wheat,  (thanks JO ;D).  Peel,  preserve for cakes,  (will freeze in little containers .) Caramel Apple Pudding,(posted). Started Sourdough Loaf to cook tomorrow.
