well I am having a bit of a Cookathon, we have friends coming to dinner and the TMX has been on since 8 am and still got more to cook. I am cooking Indian food and some yummy deserts. already made the butter chicken I added steamed potatoes. have soaked the tapioca for the soufflé orange pudding that is on the British Larder website. Tenina's white choc and raspberry cheesecake is in the varoma now as it needs to cool and set. Then it will be back to mains, will do the tomato and lentil Dahl and a beef rendang. The will need to do two batches of rice as one basket won't feed us all. I am lucky I got my TM in June so have two bowls. I want to be finished cooking before they get here as TMX so noisy!! I'd better get cracking.
