I'm making 'roast' beef tonight but will cook the beef in the slow cooker on Low.  Am also trying the Thermofun's recipe for gravy so will see how that goes.  I'll be having some of this, looking forward to it.

We are having a roasted red capsicum dish tonight, I found the recipe in our Little Aussie Directory. I'm serving it with Haloumi and Rosemary flatbreads from Amanda's blog. https://www.lambsearsandhoney.com/

Was looking at that recipe of Amanda’s cookie and wondered if I could replace the flour with something Keto friendly. Haven’t got time to experiment at the moment though, too many other jobs needing to be done.  Made some chicken soup with Costco chicken frames, had some for lunch but I think I’d better get rid of other items in the fridge for dinner tonight.  It’s quite cool though so a bowl of soup would go down well.

Last night kids and DM and I all went out for dinner , we shared a few entrees , crudo Raw ocean trout was delicious, DD likes Houlmi so we tried that , not my favourite but this one was not salty . I had barramundi and with a crab potato whip , very nice . Squid ink pasta with prawns and tuna chilli too . Dessert was special DM and I had hot espresso with ice cream and frangelico . DD had chocolate bomb Alaska and DS Pana cotta . Lots of laughs .
