Had my craft garage sale today.  A friend came and helped and we sold quite a lot of things but there is still plenty left.  Don't know what I will do with it all as I don't have a lot of storage room in the new house.  I'm feeling tired and my feet are sore so it will be take away for dinner tonight.

Perhaps you can get a charity organisation to come and pick it up Margaret.

There is the give away thread on here mab and lots of crafty members. Maybe they can take it off your hands for you?

I caught up with an "old" friend. We went thru kindy and school together but haven't really seen each other for about 30 years. It was wonderful to catch up on what has been happening all these years and I really want to catch up with her again soon as 2 hrs flew by in next o no time.

I went to Jamie's Italian today for lunch. The food was really lovely. Full of flavour but not over the top at all. We really loved it. ( DD and I) and will be going again. The service was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised as it wasn't expensive and I can afford to go again.  ;) ;)
An unusual thing for Perth the lovely bread was free, several types in a container with EVOO and balsamic.

That's great that you enjoyed it Cookie! I love when you go to a restaurant and it exceeds (or sometimes even meets) expectations.
We went to Jamie's trattoria in London a few years ago and it was one of the best restaurants I've been to for food and service, not OTT, but the staff really knew their food and the service was fantastic. They just announced there is one opening in Canberra so I'm excited the Perth one is good :)

CC, that countryside looks like it could be on a postcard :)

CP, what a lovely day for you, how special that you could still hold a conversation for two hours...I think I'd be nervous that I couldn't think of things to say after 30years!

CC, Thanks for the photo, what a lovely spot for a walk   ;D
Have cleaned out some wardrobes and now have quite a lot of clothes for the op shop.

I'm back in the office today, trying to get the GST return and some other bits finished up.  Going pretty well actually, so should be home with the family for the afternoon  ;D

The downside of working today is that the warehouse next door is rented by some concreting guys, and they are in there moving trucks around a lot today, so it's very noisy, with lots of reversing beeping, and a lot of vibrations.  Just a little annoying... but c'est la vie. And weekdays aren't really better with a construction site behind our building (new supermarket going up).  :-))

Hally, that's gone by quick.  I always find it hard to slip back into "reality" after a good break.
