I'm sure you are feeling much better already after eating your home cooked food Chookie, there's nothing like it.

I like the look of your biscuits Cookie, have saved thet recipe to make for DH soon.  :)

Yesterday I experimented with the Mini Pie Machine.  I made 1/2 recipe of JulieO Cinnamon rolls. It made 24 small rolls which cooked beautifully in the Mimi Pie Machine. I simplified the method but used 1/2 of all ingredients.  I cut the rolls with dental floss and gave them a second rise in paper patty pans sitting in muffin tins.  10 minute cooking time.

They look lovely, Chookie, I hope this means you are feeling better.

Yesterday I cooked a delicious roast cherry tomato risotto and your White Peach jam, but used nectarines, today it is a butternut tagine, bean chili and roast vege frittata.

Marina, that all sounds delish. I am very slowly improving but completely lacking in energy.  The Cinnamon Rolls were easy as I could sit down between each stage.
Also made a large SD loaf.  Again not much effort required.

Thanks Mab. JulieO recipe is one of my favourites. It is not too sweet. Most will go into the GC lunch boxes.

They’re so cute Chookie, what a great idea - cutting calories by having a smaller portion.

So cute Chookie.  I have made some Lemon Yo-Yos.  I don’t think I will join them, DD and DH can eat them as single biscuits. Much healthier.

Great idea making smaller scrolls Chookie, I wouldn't have thought of that.  It's been a few years since I've made them, must do so again at some stage as I remember them being nice.

More nice looking biscuits too Cookie  :D  I haven't made anything sweet for a little while, just haven't felt like it.  I'm sure once this weather breaks I'll feel more like it.  :)

Cookie, they look great.  These are Rals favourite.  When we caught up with Mab and her DH, she brought some she had made.  They were lovely.  ( so RAL reminds me )
Made some curried mince mini pies and some based on ground almond meal.

Everyone's cooking looks great.  I need to get busy in the kitchen as the bikkie tin is empty  but seem to have lost my mojo.

I have just taken my SD rye bread out of the oven and have a Classic Loaf rising. I found a recipe for bread that has blitzed linseeds in it and SD starter. I may give it a go tomorrow.
