Waiting impatiently for this to cool to try.

Very quick and easy to make. Looking forward to eating it.

Will report back on taste :-)

Bumping as this is a great and versatile recipe.

I roast my pumpkin, usually omit chicken, sub brown rice for quinoa and reduce quantities to serve two.

Absolutely add and omit anything, quick easy lunch I find.

I made this tonight, absolutely delicious.

I didn't do the eggs in the varoma, I emptied fry pan of oil after frying chicken and did them in frypan.

Halved recipe to suit our family of 4.

Made tonight as a main, subbed brown rice for quinoa.

Absolutely delicious, the flavors are amazing together.

Will become a regular.

I made this for dinner last night.  Little people loved it.

Seriously simple but full of flavor.

Only tweak was to add garlic and use butterfly.

Served with rice and steamed vegetables.

Will be back on the menu again :-)

I made this today, my first ever jam making attempt.

After reading the comments I blitzed sugar, used vanilla bean paste,  roughly chopped apples and strawberries. Cooked 30 mins 100 degrees followed by 10 mins varoma.

So happy with the result, absolutely delish.

Fussy DD loved it and had two strawberry jam sandwiches this afternoon and one for her lunch box tomorrow.

Will def make again

This is still a firm favourite for us.

I've taken to adding some frozen Chinese vegetables towards the end to bulk it up.

I do rice in microwave to serve.

Made this tonight, using Judy's variations - sautéing onion, garlic at the start and adding fresh spinach 30s toward end.  Used 4 chicken thighs (approx 500g?)

I used fresh lasagne sheets and got 9 out of the mixture, with some mixture left.

I also sneakily added a zuchinni to the sauce leaving juice in tin tomatoes.

Steamed in varoma and topped with some grated Parmesan.

THIS IS DELICIOUS!!

I will make again.

I made this today as cupcakes, I got 24 out of my mix. Then made some buttercream with added orange rind.

Absolutely beautiful! Will become a regular.

Just made this, tastes delicious.
Have made Tenina's lemon curd a heap of time but this curd does not have the same consistency, it's kind of curdled but not.

Any ideas? I didn't use the butterfly.

Salmon velouté meal from new EDC. Delish! Youngest DD thought the soup was the best. I liked it all.

Will try chicken version next time.

The link in the thread that CC linked to choc orange biscuits can be kept rolled in a log in the freezer.  :)

Yes this one, I can vouch for :-)
