Gorgeous flavours. I used 850gm sirloin and it remained tender. There was a lot of sauce and I was surprised that the amount of meat only just did our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. I only used the minimum amount of dried chili as it was the first time I had made the dish.

Next time I will increase the meat slightly, increase the chili to 1/2 teaspoon and make a veggie side dish to "pad" it out.

It's brilliant in Spring and Summer. We also put in a full bathroom - toilet one end, vanity & dressing area in middle then a huge walk in shower down the other end. Means that when people come over to swim or even if the kids are outside playing they can get to a toilet / wash their hands easily. Then I replicated my 6m long pantry inside the house and have another in the pool house - this time with no shelving so I can store all the pool floats and cushions for the outside lounges etc.

We have a separate pool house and have a kitchen out there. I have a huge bbq, fridge, sink and dishwasher. I also have cutlery, crockery and serving items so I don't have to traipse back and to the house.

Lamb bhuna gosht, a batch of the 100 biscuit mix, chicken stock, corned beef, veggies and parsley sauce.

Remade this using 700gm lamb rump. Was much nicer this time.

Mich, that is so horrid about your property! We have been lucky so far - one rental is rented to an employee, the next is to a family who has rented off us for 10yrs and is next door so we see it daily. Then our last 2 are rented to our company LOL.

TRTLMT Popcorn chicken, wedges and salad. Big hit with the kids.

Whilst it's unfortunate you have had this experience, this forum is not owned or managed by any Vorwerk company. My TM31 has been working perfectly fine for 3yrs so far, even after I managed to burn the bum by accidentally turning on the stove under it.

Possibly you live in a humid area that has lead to the faults?

Chokkie that looks good. I was discussing a mandarin and star anise salt last night with my husband.

CC it was pretty plain but I do love lamb fillets simply pan fried.

The "rice" was nice but I do prefer it almost crunchy so will make a note to pan fry next time.
