Making a loaf of Fruit bread for friend who cant have wheat, from Quirky Jo's recipe.  Thanks Jo,  going a bit slow as it is very cold here. Tonight we are having soup,  my kids call this 'head' soup as I make it up out of my head.  Celeriac. onion, garlic, carrot and potato ,cooked in chicken stock.  When zappped it was nice and creamy.  Tang Zhong rolls,  nice and soft,  and reheat well.  Think these will make good freezer rolls.  Thanks Meganjane. Prepared a Chicken  and Vino Cotto casserole for tomorrow, Maggie Beer's recipe.  Smoked Ham Hock and Pea soup in Crock pot.

First time making the Boston Bun - it looks and smells lovely  :)

Hope you enjoy the Boston Bun.

We had Chicken with turmeric rice tonight and it was delicious. If you haven't tried it yet then I recommend that you do. We will be having this on a regular basis.
