Chookie are those white breads? they look amazing !!!! Sesames seeds are my fave on top of bread. I made Nepalese Momos today inspired by a Masterchef contestant (UK).  I couldn't find a Thermomix recipe so ended up modifying an online found one. Oh my goodness were they good, I am now obsessed and dream of the many other combos I can try. These were filled with a mixture of lamb and pork... ahmazing xx

Passionflower, they look delicious.
My bread is white. Bit rough looking but round one tasted good. A bit fell off the side!!
CC, I'd you have any Mayo left , you might like to try the simple Bread recipe that I posted. Only needs 3 dessert spoons. The other suggestion that I saw was to spread Mayo on the outside of toasted cheese instead of butter.

Just getting started on the weekend's cooking and made lemon curd ... I made some last week and gave it away to my colleagues at work then, yesterday, mysteriously, a bag of lemons ended up on my desk ... a not very subtle hint!

Chookie, what was the mayo recipe you used?  I keep trying to find one that works well for me and haven't got there yet.  I often do the Rainbow Recipe's Cashew mayo, but I would like a 'regular' one to fall back on.

Marina, it was Jamie Oliver's with 2 eggs. I used a mix of EVOO, Canola and Ricebran oils.
It is very nice. Would make again. I usually add garlic. Thankfully I didn't this time.

Passionflower they look absolutely delicious. We made a batch of Chookie's Creamy Vegetable soup for lunch. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=16628.0
We also did some rolls from Chookie's No Fuss recipe. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4253.0

Thanks for a lovely lunch Chookie. The rolls were hand shaped by DH.
I took the opportunity to make some other rolls from the dough for burgers tonight.

Found a recipe for a Dutch pancake. Looks good.
I have been on a campaign to use what I have in freezer and pantry. It is so tempting to go shopping now I am so close to good food shops.
