Title: Cooking
Post by: Scats on October 24, 2012, 10:09:03 am
I am a little confused! When cooking do you need to use the reverse  :-: or is it only when it is stipulated? I think the manual doesn't really give much info on cooking. Still love it though  ;D

Hi Scats, you only need to use reverse when the recipe says so ;)

I've used reverse sometimes and the recipe hasn't said to use it but it's as Chookie said, saves knocking the food around - a nice technical term  ;D

The blades work in reverse and the direction they go in means the sharp side of the blades is not cutting the food
