Helene at Super Kitchen Machine has a good recipe for Kale Chips.
You may be able to adapt it for the AF.
I hope the link works.

None of us did Hally, it's trial and error and keeping notes with times for next time.  I've spent heaps of time on the internet researching recipes as I'm sure others have too.  Just google anything you think you might like to try and add 'air fryer' to your search bar. You will be amazed at how many recipes are out there from air fryer owners.

Hally, if you find a recipe that works, do update all of us :)

I've tried to make kale chips twice in the oven and it was hard to get it right. They burn very easily which make them bitter :(

I'd try with chicken pieces or frozen chips for the initial cook ups in the AF.

The superkitchenmachine recipe for kale chips is lovely - I did mine in my dehydrator bur you can use a low oven. No idea how they'd go in an air fryer.

Don't forget to use something to stop them flying everywhere Hally.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
