I don't do scrambled eggs in Bimbo any more; the cleaning of the bowl takes too long.  So, what I would like to see is a butterfly type attachment that scrapes the bottom of the bowl when cooking the scrambled eggs - should make the cleaning job a whole lot easier. And it doesn't have to wait for the next model; Thermomix could develop this idea right now and part us with some more of our hard-earned cash!

First attempt at making butter was a failure - whipped for over 6 minutes and all the cream did was get thicker and thicker without separating. Eventually gave up and used the result with strawberry jam in a Victoria sponge.  Second attempt was a spectacular success! Less than two minutes of whipping and the butter separated. Buttermilk now in freezer for use in scones at the weekend and butter in the fridge - delicious. Don't know why the first batch didn't work; maybe the cream was too warm? - second batch was well chilled.

Mine's called the "Bimbo" (not very original I'm sure) - my wife says I have to have at least one girl in the kitchen whose buttons I know how to press!
