I made these today but need to play a little with the recipe l think. I cooked the chicken first, then wrapped in dough and put in the oven. Has anyone else tried this? Would hate to be reinventing the wheel.

can't make them guilt free if you know they won't eat any Chelsea. Darn shame.

, took my remaining slices to work today - they only lasted 20 minutes and orders have been made for another batch.

thanks MJ and faffa, will have to do some experimenting tomorrow. Especially as the peanut butter has already disapeared.

I couldn't find it in a searcy Isi, so here it is. Oh so simple. 200g peanuts (salted or unsalted) 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil Nuts into mix for 10 sec on speed 6 or keep mixing until you have the desired concistency. Add oil, mix for 10 sec on speed 6. Scrape down sides and continue to mix for another 10 sec on speed 6.

Just made peanut butter for the very first time (from the EDC) and will never be buying the fake stuff again. It just tastes delicious - going to have to make some more bread so l can slather it on!
I assume you would just have to substitute different nuts for different types of butter?

l've made it a couple of times now with sparkling water huilink and it has been perfect (the first time l had to put it back in the oven for a few more minutes as it was not quite done). wouldn't have thought 7up would make a difference though

i have frozen some cookie, but my little freezer is overflowing. Keep making more things than l can eat, but can't stop or l go into TMX withdrawal. Luckily my parents came to check out their new grandchild (TMX) and took most of my spoils home with them.

l too finally got around to making this, the only problem being that l will be eating leftovers for a long, long time! P.S. also tried out careme pastry on top of some apples - oh my that is some seriously good pastry. Can't wait to try their chocolate pastry now.

There is a recipe for vanilla sugar in the EDC Lexi. 200g sugar, 1 vanilla bean cut into few pieces. Put sugar and vanilla bean in a jar and leave for 2-3 days to dry out. Transfer vanilla bean and sugar to the TM bowl and pulverise for 15 seconds on speed 10.

I had this with MJ's stuffed zucchini (minus the passata) tonight, and if l wasn't so full from one of Isi's easy rolls, l'd definitly be back for seconds.

Had planned to make this tonight but didn't feel like tomato so just made the stuffed zucchini. The hulls l put into the varoma dish while the pumpkin was cooking, to soften, and topped with parmesan when filled - had with glazed pork - delicious combination of flavours.
Vegetarians please ignore the pork part of my meal. eek. however the orange juice sauce would be a nice compliment to the zucchini/pumpkin!
