Rice Pudding MWOC

Rice Pudding   MWOC
I made this exactly as per the recipe except that I cooked it a little longer as I felt the rice wasn't really cooked.
It is very tasty and my DH preferred it to the EDC one as that has eggs.  We felt this was creamier. I served it with lovely red stewed plums.

I made the rice pudding in the EDC and found it way to thick. I think my measurements must of been wrong. I guess it should be creamy? Tasted great though.

we often make the EDC rice pudding, so will have to give this one a go too to compare  ;D

I haven't tried making one yet, but am addicted to chocolate Le Rice... do you think either of the recipes could be adapted to make a chocolate one? And would someone mind PMing me the MWOC one - pretty please?

Judy, would you mind sending the recipe to me too. I didn't have much success with the edc one and the kids love rice pudding so I'd love to give this one a go. Hope you don't mind.
