TM5 Automated Program : Yoghurt
« on: September 12, 2014, 09:00:14 am »
OMG this automated program is SENSATIONAL :o
I followed the recipe exactly.Weighed all the ingredients into bowl (the milk needs to be at room temperature) and pressed the Selector button.
Voila Eight Hours later perfect yoghurt ;D
I did make sure the bowl, lid and MC were very clean.
You can make it sweet by adding sugar at the start. And richer by adding cream too.
If you are big yoghurt eater you would buy the TM5 on this program alone.

OMG if I hadn't ordered one I would go and do it now. I rarely have success with yoghurt. Thanks CC.

Looks lovely Denise, there is so much written about making yoghurt and it's still hard to get right - obviously not any more.  Thanks for showing yet another thing the TM5 can do.

Great yoghurt CC. Did you set it and go to bed or started early in the day?

I started the yoghurt at 10:00pm and at 6:00am the TM5 woke me up telling me the program had finished.A great alarm clock :D :D The dog was pleased to see me at that time. :D :D

At least having the two machines the 5 can be making yoghurt while you cook with the 31.  ;D

Clever cookie. And you can cook rice in one and the rest of the meal in the other, thus saving time.
