This one Marina.Worcestershire Sauce .  I keep mine in the fridge, not sure if you have to.  It last for ages.

Thanks, Margaret, it turns out this is the one I made quite some time ago but for some reason could never find the recipe again.  I must make another batch.  My last batch lasted a very long time.

What great cooking everyone is doing.  Love it as there is such variety. I seem to be in a rut.
Glad my Hot X Bun recipe is successful.
I have made lots of SD Crumpets.

Cookie, I gave your Classic loaf recipe to our gardener.  It is her favourite bread.
Made 14 Apple Muffins.  RTE recipe.  She says they keep well for 5 days.  This is correct.
Made a plain No Fuss loaf.

Will make some yeast  Hot X Buns today for neighbours.  Also there is a recipe for English muffins  in the paper by Dan Lepard.  It is a bit different, so might try it.

DD has requested some English muffins one day when I get the opportunity. My SD with the rye starter was very soft this time. I was trying to work out what I had done different but I was a bit heavy handed with the water so I think that must have been it.
I made some more Hot Cross Buns, some shortbread in the shape of eggs, pizza bases for tonight and a Shepherd's Pie for tomorrow nights dinner as we have a long car run tomorrow.
