Cookie, that sounds very interesting.
Why we haven’t used the trams in Melbourne is that we usually park at the Vic market and walk everywhere.  I think in the future we will probably use them more.  But as Judy said, one more off the bucket list.
CC, shame your lunch out was cancelled.

Great photos, thanks cookie.  What a fancy bridge over to the stadium, ours is just a plain bridge but I do love walking over it.

Cookie what a great time , good photos .
I keep typing on here but get distracted. Pepper is good DS saw her today for the first time he was a bit shocked how much ear is missing but is ok . We went to the school play last night , always good .. Beauty and the beast . Always crazy DS had a hockey game early this morning so he stayed in and we went home . DH went to his game they won . Meanwhile DD and I checked the ewes and lambs ! Nearly bogged the Ute , no need to pull any lambs ( lucky me ) . Boys came home DH checked more lambs . Lunch and off to Melbourne, we arrived straight out to Fonda , a Mexican restaurant, DH looked at the menu , not his normal food but kids convinced him it was great . Uni open day tomorrow again , I’m hopping to manage the day with my knee . Bring on another crazy week ahead again . Beautiful sunny day today ... those ewes looked like they were going to pop lots of twins .

Dog sitting.  He is no problem and likes to go for a walk down to the dam to check out the ducks.
DS and family coming for lunch.
Yesterday I cleaned out Chook house and did a bit of gardening.  It was a beautiful sunny day. Made 2 batches of biscuits.

Thank you Marina.

We had friends drop by this afternoon. He is suffering badly with depression (naughty man went off his medication) and his wife wanted to get him to go out. It was lovely. DH and I have made plans to see him most days next week, just dropping in. He is a dear friend and it awful to see him in such a mess.

Cookie, that is very good of you and DH.  Friends are very precious.
DS and GC came yesterday.  It was great to see them.
Today I am delivering some SD starter and instructions, to one of the staff at our local chemist shop.

Had to be in at work at 7.00 this morning for the builders.  About 7.30 the project manager, came in to speak to me about work in the back yard so I went out (without my jacket on) to discuss options with him and chatted for a while.  It was really cold and I was thinking leaving my jacket in the shop was not my best idea this morning.  Anyway, when I had finished speaking with the PM I headed back in, straight for my heater to warm up … only to discover the lock on the inside door to the shop had slipped closed and I was LOCKED OUT!!!  Nnnnooooooooo!  My jacket, handbag, keys phone, etc. were all in the shop.  Had to walk to the apartment (fortunately not too far away) with icicles hanging off my extremities (or that is what it felt like) to get DH to run me back to work and let me in.  I am still thawing out.

Ow! that is horrid Marina. A cold lesson learned.

Today was housework and ironing as DD and I hope to go out to lunch a couple of times this week.

That was a huge oops Marina, you won’t do that again.

At the weekend I prepared the house for my window cleaner’s visit tomorrow by blowing the dust away around the house then squirting the pattern pave down. I noticed a small crack which has been there for many years in one of the side windows had grown considerably so first thing this morning I rang a glazier to replace it. He was here 2.5 hours later, job done and my very first glass replacement ever.
