Marina, I値l do a trial run of the vegan scones and let you know.
Yesterday I made 12 bread rolls and 20 SD crumpets. Also a pot of soup from the lamb bones left over from the roast. Added soup mix and lots of veggies. A handful of parsley at the end just lifted the flavours.

I made a Classic Loaf today and a Wholemeal SD loaf that uses all Wholemeal flour.

We had a Chicken and lots of Vegetable pie, with AF pumpkin and potatoes.

I知 having an afternoon tea for a small group of Probus ladies. I知 making scones. 3 different types. Plain with jam and cream, pumpkin cheese with Australian bush spices and a third one ??? I致e just seen a recipe for a vegan recipe with Rosemary and blueberries. I値l try these today.

I made some Cinnamon Scrolls from Cookidoo. They are Nic Moretti’s recipe. They used the Tang Zon (?????) method. They are so soft and delicious.
