I use a Pigeon straw brush (for baby's bottles) after taking it apart. You can find them in some chemists or baby stores.

If you 'turbo' clean the bowl straight after you have used it with a drop of washing up liquid you will not have this problem. Also, when you have some food that baked to the bottom, sprinkle some bicarbonate of soda onto it, a bit of liquid to make a paste and leave it. The soda will lift the burnt stuff.

Does the turbo clean get all your custard or bread dough off Inkha? These are usually the things I have to use the brush for. Carb soda is wonderful for cleaning lots of things, especially with a bit of vinegar.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
