That sounds wonderful Hally. If we weren't going away and I was more organised I would look to doing that too. Next time.. Yum Mich and Judy. Here are my ragamuffins. Schnitzels and salad for dinner. Greens from our garden :)

We had butter chicken tonight. Have frozen leftover tikka paste. Any creative ideas out there for using it up?

rissoles, mashed potato, pumpkin, carrot, zucchini and  tomato onion gravy :)
