We had the last 2 of the chicken, porcini & meatball pies from the freezer.

I made the recipe below a little while ago and made it in 6 normal sized pie tins making my own shortcrust too.  We had 2 on that day and I thought that they were just ho-hum.
A few weeks later I baked 2 from the freezer and I thought they tasted better than on that first day  ???.  Same today  :D.  Made for a quick meal tonight.

You should be cooking for a restaurant Julie. Everything you make is presented so professionally.

Lovely JulieO. I would imagine that it gives you a great deal of satisfaction to serve up beautiful meals.

No cooking tonight Hally, how are you coping? 😉
Freezer food for us as well, butter chicken. Found some when I tidied up the freezer the other day, I'm down to about 4 meals in there now.

Nearly thawed :)

It builds up so quickly, there is only 3 of us & most recipes feed 4-6 people. So there is always going to be a build up. I have some single portions for dh lunches, but quite often he takes left overs :) but theres still more >:(
