Seems like people with names beginnig with J & K are over-represented on the Forum ??  Especially the Ks. ;) ;)

Actually, there are lots of names starting with A too !!  - strange.

HI New to the forum and although 4 kids and working SO excited about the non-food recipes.  Will give it a go soon but meanwhile. If you add drops of lavender oil to the mix you will have not only gorgeous smelling clothes but also additional antibacterial!!!!! 1-3 drops max per wash.
Also can suggest geranium (1-3)... good anti depressive
lemon (1 drop powerful stuff)
peppermint (1 drop) invigorating
sandalwood (1 drop) nice for the guys and very pleasing to the girls well me anyway!!!!!
mandarin (1-3 drops) orangey, light and fun

Thanks for the inspiration
Living in spain so will look for the green soap!!!!!

Kerry, mercadona sells 3 bars for just over one euro.

Well I've finally worked my way through the big 10kg box of washing powder I had and have now made this tonight.

 :o :o :o :o :o :o WOW!!!  :o :o :o :o :o

Not only is it so cheap to make - but also SOOOOOO easy!!!!    ;D

So to all those lurkers out there - give it ago!!! I'll be taking some to dinner tomorrow night to give to a couple of other TMX owners to try and then hopefully make their own  ;D ;D

I finally made this goo this week and today washed the curry stained tablecloth and serviettes from last night - all the marks came out! I used sunlight soap (green household bars). Will make the dishwasher soap next!

I'm nearl at the end of my first batch and wondering if anyone else gets an over powering smell of amonia when you open the container (do you keep the lid on yous??) It catches my breath each time and find it hard to breath.

Or perhaps I hadn't mixed it in together enough?? Any suggestions would be great thank!
