Last night was beans on toast.  Tonight crumbed beef with mixed vegetable dish and green beans.

Boys shop included Wagu meat balls , so seared and cooked in a passata sauce , corn broccoli carrot and snap peas. All neatly put in container added  toasted  brioche buns . They could have them as subs , paddock run out to them .

Chicken Tetrazinni from RTE. https://www.recipetineats.com/chicken-tetrazzini-pasta-bake/#search
I don’t use cream and make a half mix.  Even we have leftovers.

Too hot to think.  Will open freezer and grab something. It will go into AF or TMX.

That's not good. I looked at your forecast and hopefully its cooling down for you. We have a lovely day today but it is building up to 40 again next week.
We are having chicken something tonight.

Opened freezer and grabbed Pork fillet. When thawed , chopped it into large pieces and put in dish in AF. Sprayed with garlic and rosemary flavoured oil and cooked it on 160.  Delicious.
Also read about someone steaming a lot of potatoes and keeping them to use in different ways. So I steamed a pile in Varoma, in their skins.  Have been using them for chips, cut in half and grilled and added to salads. Very handy.

Bought a CSIRO healthy recipe book on Kobo. Will try one of the recipes today. Bed of tomatoes, breaded chicken tenders, served with mushrooms sauce. Will cook in AF. Salad on side.
