I bought some Organic meatballs . I cooked them in the AF, 160 , 15 minutes. Tipped a tin of crushed tomatoes over and sprinkled cheese on op. Served with broccoli and rice.

I've taken some chicken out of the freezer. I'm not sure what it will become. It will need to be easy as I have book club tonight.
