Title: Ginger and Soy Glazed Salmon with book choy and coconut rice

Tastes nice. I used brown rice, so cooked for 20 mins first with the MC in, then filled recipe. I also deseeded the chilli, which I'm glad I did as the

It isn't really glazed... Tastes more marinated. It also seems like a waste of coconut milk, as it doesn't absorb it all. Perhaps putting some shredded coconut in with the rice would be more economical? Would make again though.
