Ice cream cheese cake

Name of Recipe: ice cream cheese cake
I saw this in a magazine last week, all I could remember was the cream cheese and the ice cream and no eggs
Frank has asked for this every night since, my DD’s like it 2

The variations are endless

Number of People:
Ingredients:
100 grams of biscuit crumbs
40g butter
 cream cheese 250g
1 tbl of vanilla paste, or extract I used 1 of each
700g vanilla ice cream

Preparation:
Process biscuits and butter
Press mixture over base
Add cream cheese and vanilla to bowl speed 4 for Process 10 seconds scrape down sides do this a few times until smooth Add ice cream process until very smooth, scraping down the sides a few times
Pour mixture over biscuit base
Cover and freeze for 3 to 5 hours or until firm

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
