Oh Cookie I really feel for you it's so sad when a young one loses their life.
My DD's best friend was killed in a car accident 3 weeks after getting her license
The poor family. What a tragic loss. Big hugs to you and I agree enjoy each moment  :(

That is awful Cookie.  :'( It is one of the downsides of working in education, we always seem to be losing young ones.  My DD has lost several o her classmates from Ag School.

You are all very kind. It is such a waste of young talented life. PLEASE ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SEATBELTS.

This morning DH and I went and voted in the state election. We usually do it early. Then he went to Bunnings. ( need I say more). I eventually got to do the food shopping and now should do some cooking but it getting hot and I can't be bothered. DH is tormenting me as he is fast asleep in the recliner rocker.

I am feeling rather devastated and gut busted at the moment. A lovely young man, from a lovely family has been killed in a road accident. I taught this young man and his younger brothers, and knew the family. He was 18. Life is so unfair, I feel awful and I was only his teacher.
His poor parents and brothers.  :'( :'( :'(

Oh cookie, just read that. Its always so sad to hear young lives gone, devaststaing for sveryone.
Heres a hug. X

Sounds like a good day Suzanne :D What do you mean by reading eggs? Never heard of that before ;D

I love him to bits any way Amy.

I just had a thought. As you love cooking so much would it be possible for you to find a position in a commercial kitchen somewhere down there? Maybe a restaurant or motel dining room, hospital etc. maybe it would lead to an apprenticeship for you. I am just thinking out loud, well writing it down actually.
